Your Role - Job Role As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant, you will : Lead requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes.Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules.Design and configure - Goal Plans, Performance Review Forms, Route Maps, Calibration Sessions, Continuous Performance Management (CPM)Work on PMGM integrations with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.Perform impact analysis, solution design, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.Conduct client demos, workshops, and user training sessions.Support data migration and reporting requirements. Your Profile - Skills Required : 3-5 years of experience in configuring and administering SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules.Previous experience in HR or talent management processes, such as employee evaluations, goal setting, and performance reviews, is highly beneficial.
