Role Description Job Title: Sr. SAP FICA Consultant Experience Range: 10+ Years Overall Experience (5-7 Years Relevant SAP FICA Experience) Hiring Location: Mumbai / Bangalore Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. SAP FICA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financial Contract Accounting (FICA) and hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end FICA solution design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, and stakeholder management across enterprise-scale implementations. Must-Have Skills SAP FICA Functional Expertise 5-7 years of hands-on SAP FICA experience.Strong configuration knowledge in:Business Partner (BP) & Contract Account (CA)Posting & DocumentsPayment Processing (Payment Lot, Direct Debit)DunningInterest CalculationSecurity DepositsReturns ProcessingWrite-offsAccount Balance Management SAP S/4HANA Migration & Conversion Experience in at least one full lifecycle ECC to S/4HANA Migration/Conversion project.Expertise in:Business Partner (BP) ConversionContract Account MigrationOpen Item & Historical Data MigrationData Cleansing & ReconciliationImpact Analysis of FICA customizations during S/4HANA transformation Integration & Architecture Integration experience with:SAP FI-COSAP SDSAP BRIM (preferred integration exposure)Strong understanding of GL integration, reconciliation, and revenue posting processes.
