We are seeking an innovative AI Presentation & Graphic Designer tailored for our software organization ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical software concepts and world-class visual storytelling, leveraging advanced Generative AI tools alongside expert PowerPoint skills to accelerate production workflows and re-engineer how our teams deliver business pitches, technical architecture diagrams, and high-stakes executive keynotes. Responsibilities Embed GenAI workflows natively into daily tasks to maximize productivity and design speed Leverage advanced prompting to generate vector icons, photorealistic imagery, context-specific textures, UI mockups, and layout concepts Own the end-to-end design of executive-level PowerPoint decks, including client pitches, software architecture proposals, product launch keynotes, and internal training materials Partner closely with software architects, engineers, and product managers to translate complex tech data, workflows, and code structures into clear, highly digestible infographical systems Establish and continuously improve AI-driven templates, automated asset pipelines, and structural layouts within PowerPoint to scale design output across regional business units Ensure all AI-generated assets are strictly curated, ethically sound, and upscaled to presentation resolution Maintain complete alignment of design assets with enterprise corporate brand guidelines Requirements 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced software, IT consulting, or corporate technology ecosystem Proficiency in Generative AI tools to boost design workflows, including text-to-image/vector platforms such as Midjourney, DALL-E 3, and Adobe Firefly Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including master slides, advanced typography, custom vector shape manipulation, layout systems, color theory, and subtle animation/morph transitions Familiarity with modern product concepts such as Cloud, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps, along with UI/UX workflows and APIs, to properly illustrate tech structures Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop, or Figma, to refine and edit AI-generated components before embedding them into presentations A comprehensive digital design portfolio demonstrating advanced PowerPoint presentation layouts, iconography, technical visualization samples, and documented examples of AI tool utilization Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, with an advanced level of English proficiency We offer Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.) .
