Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Sales Engineers and Support Engineers based in Pune. Sales Engineers will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand technical requirements, demonstrate products, prepare proposals, and support sales operations from lead generation through post-sales follow-up. Support Engineers will handle technical support activities, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user training for MELSS equipment. Both roles will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, accurate documentation of service activities, and feedback to product teams. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations or site visits, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
