Workday HCM Integration Consultant Experience 36 Years Job Description We are looking for a Workday HCM Integration Consultant with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday integration technologies and HCM business processes. Mandatory Skills 3+ years of Workday Integration experience Workday HCM functional knowledge Core Connectors EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Studio Integrations Workday Web Services (WWS) REST & SOAP APIs Report Writer Calculated Fields Workday Security XSLT, XML, XPath Document Transformation (DT) PECI / PICOF (preferred) Cloud Connect (preferred) Integration troubleshooting and production support Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations. Build inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio. Develop custom integrations using Workday Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs. Create custom reports and calculated fields to support integrations. Work closely with HCM functional teams to gather business requirements. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans. Support Workday releases and enhancements. Preferred Skills Workday HCM Certification Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Compensation, or Recruiting integrations Experience with integration middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills. .
