Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Manager should be Hybrid having deep knowledge of Manual as well as Automation.Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely deliveryKey Driver of the Test Improvement InitiativesCreate Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areasInteraction with Client team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issuesReport project status to the Delivery or Program Manager.Ensure compliance with Client and QualityKiosk processes.Consolidate and report metrics for project activities.Knowledge Management on the projectCreate Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testingAssign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficientlyTracking project milestones and deliverablesKeeping track of new requirements from the projectDaily Defect discussionsEnsure adherence to onsite-offshore process and agreed timelinesCoordinate with users for inputs, review and approvalsResponsible for Metrics Measurement and ImplementationReport upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defectsEnsure adherence to test ProcessesCoordinate with various team in Client for SIT/UATVerifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented Excellent Programming / Scripting Skills in Java, Selenium, Appium and API. .Hands on experience with automation frameworks like TestNG, Page Object Model, Keyword Defined Framework, Data Defined framework, Hybrid.Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects in AGILE methodology Design Test Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery for Web, Mobile and API projects.Collaborates with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies Execute and analysis automation test results.Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
