Job Role Animator and Motion Designer Location Bangalore Role Overview We are looking for a creative and passionate animator & motion designer who loves bringing ideas to life through AI, motion, illustration, and storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas into engaging visual experiences through AI, animations, illustrations, motion design, explainer videos, character animations, and short-form video content that elevate any brands presence across digital platforms. Key Details Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Internship or Full-time Positions: 1 Your Responsibilities Creative Development & Animation Conceptualize and create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and illustrations for marketing campaigns and digital platforms. Proactively recommend and develop creative communications, from initial design concepts to final sampling. Develop compelling motion graphics, explainer videos, and character animations for marketing campaigns. Design and animate graphics for digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, and campaigns. Create engaging short-form video content for social media, brand storytelling, and promotional campaigns. AI-Driven Content & Innovation Create high-quality AI-generated videos, ads, and animations using tools such as Runway, Pika, and Sora (or similar), ensuring top-notch output aligned with brand and campaign goals. Leverage AI tools to enhance video production, speed, creativity, and storytelling across campaigns (including AI-assisted editing, generative visuals, and automation workflows). Collaboration & Quality Control Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling content. Maintain a rigorous quality check on all pieces to ensure the highest standards. Develop storyboards and animation concepts for motion graphics and video content. Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing specialists to align animations with campaign objectives. Edit and fine-tune animation projects based on feedback from team members and stakeholders. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns. Project & Brand Management Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in animation and design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of all assets. Assist in the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all animations and illustrations. Video Production Support Capture high-quality videos and assist in video shoots for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. Edit and enhance video content for digital platforms. Experiment with new styles and formats to keep the brands visual communication fresh and engaging. Superpowers you will need Core Technical Skills 12 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or motion design. Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and other computer-aided design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and InDesign. Understanding of motion graphics production workflow, including storyboarding, animation, and video editing. Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and creating engaging short-form content for marketing and branding purposes. Creative & Design Ability Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to create visually striking layouts, typography, and graphic compositions. Excellent illustration skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Experience in creating explainer videos and character animations is a plus. 3D knowledge is not mandatory, but is a big plus. AI & Future Tech Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, or similar platforms for video generation, motion design, and creative automation. Soft Skills & Execution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment and meet tight deadlines. Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. Ability to learn and multitask when necessary.
