Role Description: The Change Manager / Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai (Malad) Division, working 6 days per week in rotational shifts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience participating in Change Control Board (CCB) or CAB meetings, assess risk and criticality, and make strategic decisions that impact enterprise-wide systems. This role demands a strong conceptual understanding of ITSM frameworks and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with sound judgment with ITSM tools (ServiceNow). Key Responsibilities: Lead and chair Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, ensuring structured evaluation and approval of changes. Manage the lifecycle of changes across application and infrastructure domains, including emergency, standard, and major changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto assess risk, impact, and criticality of proposed changes. Enforce and communicate freeze periods, ensuring stability during critical business cycles. Coordinate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 approvers for emergency changes; apply escalation protocols when stakeholders are unavailable. Maintain compliance with ITIL standards and internal governance policies. Monitor change success rates, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement metrics.Act as a decision-maker in high-impact scenarios, balancing business urgency with operational risk. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT Change Management, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments. Proven track record of leading CCB processes and chairing governance meetings. Strong understanding of risk assessment models, change classification, and impact analysis. Familiarity with Disaster Recovery (DR) concepts and their relevance to change planning (knowledge preferred, though out of scope). Ability to handle scenario-based decision making, especially under time-sensitive conditions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience with ITSM tools(ServiceNow)Comfort working in rotational shifts and a 6-day work schedule, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with project or workflow management software; exposure to automation or digital transformation tools is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, demonstrate attention to detail, and adapt to a dynamic, high-volume operational environment. .
