Candidate must have minimum 9+ years of experience. Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture is a mandate from a reputed college is preferred. Proficiency in softwares i.E. Auto-CAD. Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality is preferred. Relevant experience of team handling. To look after the complete cycle of the project from client coordination, with various inhouse design teams and getting high quality design made to coordination of services from various consultants ensuring the design intent is intact, to preparing high quality construction documents for PMCs or site contractors. It is significant for this role to have great coordination skills and in-depth knowledge of the entire project cycle from design to end construction. Project managers will be required to coordinate with MEP and structure consultants, vendors on regular basis and visit sites to ensure proper construction process till hand over. Lead a team of project architects, assigning tasks efficiently for an accurate and timely completion of construction documents. Knowledgeable in structure coordination, MEP services, detailing drawings and building codes. Robust coordination skills with contractors and vendors. Expertise with building structures and the entire project lifecycle. Ability to create exact technical documents for construction projects.
