Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles, with a focus on analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insightsProficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying from relational databasesStrong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learningExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar for creating interactive dashboards and reportsSolid understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling techniques Qualities: Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
