Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of recent positions and resources deployed at the customer location from position opening to closure. Maintain and regularly update the Resource Master with accurate, current data on all deployed personnel. Monitor the customer's talent pool/requisition system to identify new position openings in a timely manner. Track and maintain records of resources proposed/nominated against open positions, including status and outcomes. Maintain billability data tracking billable, non-billable, and buffer/bench resources. Coordinate and schedule interviews with customer stakeholders, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-through. Follow up proactively with RMG (Resource Management Group) and recruitment teams to close open positions on time. Maintain skill matrices, training records, and the employee master data for all personnel deployed at the customer site. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for resources joining or exiting the customer engagement, including documentation and coordination. Support ad hoc reporting, data requests, and administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills & Competencies Robust proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data tracking/reporting) Excellent verbal and written communication skills comfortable interfacing directly with customer stakeholders Robust organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple trackers/data sources simultaneously Prior experience in PMO, resource management, or staffing coordination preferred Experience: 13 years in a PMO, RMG, resourcing, or staffing coordination role .
