Chief of Staff Operations

We are looking for a Chief of Staff - Operations to work closely with the Chairman and Managing Director, driving strategic execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities: Drive strategic initiatives and operational priorities with senior leadership.Coordinate executive meetings, business reviews, and action items.Manage strategic projects and ensure timely execution.Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews.Track KPIs, project milestones, and organisational performance.Drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.Support ERP, digital transformation, and business transformation initiatives.Strengthen governance, compliance, and operational review mechanisms.Prepare executive reports, strategic briefs, and Board presentations.Manage stakeholder coordination and confidential executive communication. Requirements: MBA in Operations / Strategy, preferably from an IIM.2-3 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Program Management, Founder's Office, or Chief of Staff roles.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.Strong ownership, execution, organisation, and attention to detail. .
