Director Analytics & Business Intelligence Healthcare and RCM background is a must **** Location: Gurugram (Tikri) We are hiring a Director Analytics & Business Intelligence to lead enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Drive Analytics & BI strategy, reporting transformation, and KPI governance. - Lead executive dashboards, scorecards, operational reporting, and business performance analytics. - Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. - Standardize reporting frameworks, governance models, and self-service analytics adoption. - Lead and develop high-performing analytics and reporting teams. - Drive automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Experience - 15+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Performance Management. - Proven leadership experience managing analytics and reporting functions. - Robust expertise in executive reporting, KPI management, dashboarding, and analytics transformation. - Experience working with global stakeholders and leadership teams.
