Role: Enterprise Sales Manager Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Department: Sales At Ratham , we're redefining corporate employee transportation through technology, operational excellence, and customer-centric mobility solutions. As we continue to expand, we're looking for high-performing Enterprise Sales Managers who have a proven track record of winning enterprise business and building strong relationships with Facilities, Administration, Procurement, HR, Workplace Services, and Transport leaders across corporate Bangalore. If you're passionate about enterprise sales, enjoy hunting for new business, and thrive in closing high-value deals, we'd love to hear from you. Your Responsibilities - Drive new business acquisition for Ratham Mobility's Employee Transportation Solutions (ETS). Build relationships with CXOs and decision-makers across Facilities, Administration, Procurement, HR, Workplace Services, and Transport functions.Own the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.Develop and manage a healthy enterprise sales pipeline.Achieve ambitious revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term account growth. Ideal Candidate - 712 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience. Strong network within Facilities, Administration, Procurement, HR, Workplace Services, or Transport functions.Experience selling to medium and large enterprises in Bangalore.Experience in Employee Transportation Solutions (ETS) sales will be a strong advantage.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Employee Transportation Solutions (ETS), Corporate Mobility, or Transport Technology sales.Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Self-driven, competitive, and passionate about acquiring new customers.
