About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Partnerships & Alliances Executive to help expand our network of advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard new advertisers, brands, and advertising agencies.Build and maintain strong relationships with media buyers, performance marketers, agencies, and key decision-makers.Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events.Present the company's advertising solutions, products, and partnership opportunities to prospective clients and partners.Collaborate with internal account management, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful campaign execution and partner satisfaction.Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to maximize business growth.Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems with accurate information.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.Prepare proposals, partnership decks, sales presentations, and business reports.Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.06 months of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or digital marketing.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.Basic understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or media buying.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
