Job Description: Sales Representative Labels & Packaging Solutions Company: Jupiter Technologies Location: Bangalore, India (HQ) Product Focus: Self-Adhesive Labels, Thermal Transfer Ribbons (TTR), and TTO Ribbons About the Role We are looking for a technically-minded Sales Representative to drive growth in our Self-Adhesive Label and Ribbon divisions. Based out of our Bangalore office, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end labeling and coding solutions to industries ranging from Pharma and Retail to Food & Beverage. This role is a mix of high-volume consumable sales (Ribbons) and value-added solution selling (Labels). Key Responsibilities Market Penetration: Identify and acquire new B2B clients for high-quality Self-Adhesive Labels across various substrates (Paper, Film, Transparent-on-clear) . Consumable Sales: Build a steady pipeline for TTR (Thermal Transfer Ribbons) and TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprinter) ribbons, ensuring recurring revenue through consistent supply contracts. Technical Advisory: Consult with clients on the right ribbon-label compatibility (Wax, Wax-Resin, or Resin) based on their specific printing environments and durability needs. Trial Management: Coordinate in office trials and sampling for TTO ribbons to ensure high performance on clients' coding and marking machinery. Relationship Management: Manage existing accounts to ensure timely re-orders and troubleshoot any ribbon-snapping or print-quality issues alongside the technical team. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales forecasts, lead conversions, and competitor pricing in the local Bangalore and South India market. Candidate ProfileExperience: 36 years in B2B sales, specifically within the Labeling, Barcoding, or Packaging industry. Product Knowledge: * Solid understanding of Self-Adhesive Label structures (Face stock, Adhesive, Release liner). Functional knowledge of TTR/TTO grades and their applications on different printers (e.g., Markem-Imaje, Videojet, Domino). Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to conduct "consultative selling" rather than just price-dropping. Geography: Familiarity with the industrial hubs around Bangalore (Peenya, Hosur, Jigani, Bidadi).
