Zonal Sales Manager South | Wellness Tech Startup Job Location- Bangalore Role Overview We are looking for a high-impact Zonal Sales Manager South to lead revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and build high-performing sales teams across the region. The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive sales performance, expand distribution networks, and unlock new growth opportunities in the fast-growing wellness and health-tech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Growth & Business Strategy Own the revenue and growth agenda for the South region across online and offline channels. Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets. Drive achievement of volume, value, market share, and profitability goals. Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.Team Leadership &Capability Building Lead, mentor, and inspire Area Sales Managers and field sales teams. Establish clear KPIs, performance standards, and accountability mechanisms. Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, development, and succession planning. Foster collaboration and continuous learning across the sales organization. 3. Channel Expansion & Market Execution Strengthen and expand General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Pharmacy, and Wellness retail channels. Develop and manage distributor, retailer, and strategic partner relationships. Ensure superior execution across coverage, visibility, merchandising, and stock availability. Monitor channel health, inventory management, and commercial compliance. 4. Market Intelligence & Growth Opportunities Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitive activity, and industry developments. Use data and field insights to optimize go-to-market strategies and improve business outcomes. Identify new markets, customer segments, and emerging wellness categories for expansion. Drive innovation in sales approaches to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth. Ideal Candidate Proven experience leading regional or zonal sales teams in consumer health, wellness, nutraceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, D2C, or health-tech industries . Strong track record of delivering ambitious revenue targets and scaling distribution networks. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen. Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. .
