Job Title: Cluster Manager Housing Finance Nagpur Having built a robust and profitable affordable housing loan business with the support of a solid leadership team and cutting-edge technology, now at a trajectory where they are envisaging exponential growth while simultaneously diversifying into multiple channels Job Responsibility Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals Leading a team of RMs and CSMs Market development by onboarding of current channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSAs and Connectors Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats Key Skills: Valuable Communication skills Mandatory: Looking for only HL/Lap experience handling a team of 25 people and above or multiple branches or currently a senior manager / branch manager Industry: Home Loans Gender: Open Experience: 10 to 15 years Age: upto 38 years Job Location: Nagpur Working Days: 6 days Qualification: Graduate (No education gaps or Open University graduation is acceptable.
