Job Description: Manager Operations Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Manager Operations to lead and manage high-volume backend processes with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. The role requires strong leadership skills, process orientation, and the ability to build and manage teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Website: Job Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3 to 5 Years Offered CTC : up to 10 LPA Key Responsibilities - Build, lead, and manage teams of 2050 members across multiple functions. Define, document, and implement SOPs, process maps, and KPIs.Manage day-to-day backend operations with strict adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, and operational reports for management and clients.Conduct root-cause analysis on operational issues and implement long-term corrective actions.Partner with stakeholders and handle client escalations with professionalism.Deliver results in high-pressure environments with strict targets and deadlines. Desired Skills & Experience - 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management. Strong expertise in process definition, MIS/reporting, and KPI tracking.Hands-on experience managing high-volume operations.Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.Superior communication skills both verbal and written.Client handling and stakeholder management exposure.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Preferred Industries / Departments - Application Processing Backend OperationsBackground VerificationTransaction Processing Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
