Role Description The Data Migration Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and validating data migrations into the HummingBird platform and integrated ATS/VMS systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security throughout the process. Day-to-day activities include analyzing source and target data structures, mapping data fields, setting up migration scripts or tools, and performing test runs to identify and resolve issues. The analyst will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client success teams to understand business requirements, document migration procedures, and support post-migration audits and troubleshooting. The role also involves monitoring data quality, creating reports on migration outcomes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of data management and migration standards. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for identifying data patterns, resolving discrepancies, and validating migration results.Proficiency in Data Migration processes, including data mapping, transformation, testing, and cutover planning.Experience in Data Analytics to generate insights, track migration metrics, and support data-driven decisions.Business Analysis capabilities to understand stakeholder requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into technical specifications.Solid Data Management skills, including data quality assurance, governance practices, and handling large, complex datasets.Familiarity with databases (SQL or similar), ETL tools, and integration with ATS/VMS or HR technology platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in data or analytics are an advantage.Attention to detail, structured problem-solving approach, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving product environment. .
