This role focuses on tenant configuration, operational backlog execution, release support, and close coordination with support and engineering teams to meet customer commitments Responsibilities Triage and resolve operational tickets including configuration changes, approved data fixes, and access enablement. Execute run backlog items and participate in sprint and ops cadence as assigned. Support release and maintenance activities by performing validation checks, smoke tests, and release communications. Maintain and improve runbooks, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to support L0/L1 teams. Participate in hypercare during major launches when required. Escalate defects, capacity risks, and policy issues with clear evidence and customer impact. GenAI / AI DevOps (GenDevOps) Responsibilities Support operational execution for AIenabled features, including tenant enablement and access controls.
