About The Retail Insights is a 10 year plus Omni Channel Technology Solutions focused on Digital connected intelligence System. We are Strategic Partners, Consulting, Technology Execution & know how to align, Co-build Modern Omni Channel Commerce, Personalized Digital experiences, Richer In- Store Experiences (AI, AR/VR) and the demands of mobile, socially connected consumers with the latest technologies. We are predominantly in the Retail space. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Design and implement custom solutions on the SFCC platform using SiteGenesis, Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), and other SFCC frameworks.Develop and maintain custom SFCC cartridges, controllers, pipelines, and scripts.Integrate third-party systems and services, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and marketing tools.Optimize website performance and scalability through code optimization, caching strategies, and other performance tuning techniques.Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Stay updated on the latest SFCC features, updates, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to technical problems. Requirements 2+ years of experience developing e-commerce solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform.Strong understanding of backend development concepts and experience with server-side languages (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Java).Experience with SFCC SiteGenesis, SFRA, and other SFCC frameworks and architectures.Knowledge of SFCC Business Manager configurations, workflows, and integrations.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification (desired). Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
