Role: Demand Manager Offline Sales (OYO) What is this job about The basic job of a Demand Manager is to bring corporate and business clients to OYO. These clients can be: * Companies * Travel agencies * Event planners * Organizations * Any business that needs hotels for stays Once a client ties up with OYO, they will use OYO hotels across India whenever they need accommodation. Why do companies need OYO Companies need hotels for many reasons, such as: * Employee travel and stay * Business meetings * Training programs * Corporate events * Client visits * Bulk bookings for functions or conferences OYO has all types of hotels budget, mid-range, premium, and five-star available Pan India. So the client gets one trusted partner for all hotel needs. Your main responsibility: Your job is to meet these clients, explain OYOs hotel options, and onboard them so that whenever they need hotels in the future, they choose OYO. Key Responsibilities: * Visit offices and businesses to meet potential clients (offline/field sales) * Cold call and fix meetings with corporates, travel agencies, and organizations * Explain how OYO works and how it helps them save time and money * Onboard clients and sign them up with OYO * Build long-term relationships so clients keep using OYO hotels again and again * Handle the full sales process from first meeting to deal closure * Regularly visit the market and generate current leads * Track monthly targets and client usage * Follow up for payments and ensure collections Who is this role suitable for * Candidates from field sales backgrounds * Experience in telecom, FMCG, startups, distribution, TSI roles * People comfortable with door-to-door or on-ground sales * B2B sales experience is preferred, but strong B2C field sales profiles can also work Important Note: This is a 100% offline, field-based sales role. It involves travelling, meeting clients, and closing deals face to face. .
