The ideal candidate should maintain a secure environment, manage entry and exit points, respond promptly to emergencies, and uphold hospital safety protocols. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and secure all hospital entry and exit gates. - Verify the identity of visitors, vendors, and staff as per hospital guidelines. - Guide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments in a courteous manner. - Prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with hospital security policies. - Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises, including wards, OPD, parking areas, and surrounding premises. - Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and peaceful environment within the hospital. - Respond immediately to emergencies such as fire, theft, accidents, or security breaches and inform the concerned authorities. - Manage vehicle movement and parking to avoid congestion. - Assist in crowd control during emergencies, VIP visits, or peak patient hours. - Maintain security registers, visitor logs, and incident reports accurately. - Coordinate with hospital administration and local authorities whenever required. - Ensure hospital assets and equipment are protected from theft or damage. - Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Hospital Administration. Eligibility Criteria - Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred). - Prior experience as a Security Guard in a hospital, healthcare facility, or similar organization is preferred. - Physically fit and medically sound. - Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage. - Ex-servicemen or candidates with certified security training will be preferred.
