Require an Associate Product Manager in Delhi

Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product strategy. Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features. Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including PRDs, user flows, and wireframes. Track key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and guide iterative improvements. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of agile development processes. Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams and external stakeholders. Identify and escalate risks or blockers to ensure smooth product delivery. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 25 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role within the technology industry. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC processes. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project and product management platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and metrics tracking. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design practices. Experience with API documentation, technical specifications, or working with software development teams is a plus. .
