Role Overview: The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing HNI client relationships, delivering investment advisory, and driving AUM growth through comprehensive wealth management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Understand clients' investment needs and create long-term asset allocation strategies Acquire and advise HNI clients across Equity, Mutual Funds, Debt, and Alternate Assets Manage client portfolios with a focus on asset allocation and overall wealth management Provide financial planning, tax planning, and investment advisory solutions Coordinate with product and research teams for customized investment recommendations Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive AUM growth Support clients on opportunities in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Private Equity (with internal teams) Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking Strong expertise in Equities (must), along with MF, Fixed Income, and Alternates Proven track record in HNI client acquisition and portfolio management Strong understanding of financial planning and investment products Excellent client relationship and communication skills .
