Proposal Writer +IT We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Writer / Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing business proposals, handling client communication, and generating leads through online platforms. Responsibilities: - Draft and submit proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc. - Understand client requirements and prepare customized business proposals - Generate leads and identify new business opportunities - Communicate with clients through email, chat, and calls - Coordinate with technical teams for project understanding and estimations - Maintain records of proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions - Build long-term relationships with clients Requirements: - Good written and verbal communication skills - Basic knowledge of IT services and business development - Experience with bidding platforms is a plus - Ability to understand client requirements quickly - Robust negotiation and presentation skills - MS Office and email communication proficiency Experience: - 6 months to 3 year preferred - Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply Location: - Indore Compensation: 10,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
