Role Description The Strategic Funding and Investor Relations Partner is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing funding opportunities and investor relationships that support Vaidhya Groups growth in both education services and premium oil manufacturing. Day-to-day tasks include researching and evaluating potential investors and funding sources, preparing proposals and presentations, and conducting financial and business planning analyses to support investment decisions. The role involves building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, coordinating regular updates and reports for investors, and collaborating with internal teams to align funding strategies with organizational goals. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Jabalpur, where the Partner will work on-site for core meetings and collaboration while having flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development to identify, build, and manage long-term relationships with investors and key stakeholders.Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Business Planning to analyze opportunities, develop funding strategies, and support decision-making with clear business cases.Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to oversee investor relations, maintain communication, and ensure timely reporting and follow-up.Strong financial literacy, including basic financial modeling, budgeting, and understanding of investment terms and structures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional proposals, reports, and presentations.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, including on-site in Jabalpur and remotely.Prior experience in funding, investor relations, corporate development, or related fields is highly beneficial.Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications in finance or investment management are an advantage. .
