Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-ticket sales and strategy calls with qualified prospects.Understand the prospects business, goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.Identify pain points and position Rad Digitals services as the right solution.Present and sell high-value digital marketing, personal branding, and business growth solutions.Handle objections related to pricing, timing, trust, competition, and decision-making.Lead prospects through the complete sales process and confidently ask for the close.Follow up consistently with warm and qualified prospects to maximize conversions.Build strong relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners.Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in GHL.Coordinate with the internal team for a smooth client handover and onboarding.Track individual sales performance, conversion rates, revenue generated, and follow-up pipeline.Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. What were looking for: 13+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, closing, business development, or client acquisition.Proven ability to close high-value service-based deals.Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong command over discovery, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing.Confidence in conducting sales calls with founders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.Ability to understand business problems and sell outcomes rather than just services.Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and hungry to win.Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects.Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, personal branding, consulting, coaching, SaaS, or other high-ticket services is preferred.Familiarity withGoHighLevel (GHL)or similar CRM tools is a plus.
