What you will bring Essential Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment eg Change/Control Analyst, Business Analyst, Test Analyst or similar. Working knowledge of change delivery processes and tooling (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent). Understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance concepts and control-based ways of working. Robust stakeholder management skills, including running workshops and influencing delivery teams. Solid reporting and data analysis skills (Excel; PowerPoint; process mapping using Visio or equivalent). Strong written and spoken English. Desirable Understanding of DevOps processes and end to end software delivery (e.g. CI/CD) Experience working with DevOps metrics and software delivery performance measures. Relevant industry certification (IIBA certification, ITIL, Agile/Protected ). Knowledge of application security testing/scanning concepts (SAST/DAST/MAST) and vulnerability management. Experience working with Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow/Excel Power Query/Google Data Studio. Ways of Working Comfortable working at pace across multiple stakeholders and priorities. Proactive learner who shares knowledge and improves how the wider team operates. .
