WE ARE HIRING | PERSONAL BANKER Leading Private Bank Branch Banking Location: Chennai Experience: 3+ Years CTC: Up to 6 LPA Certifications: IRDA & NISM Mandatory Key Responsibilities Acquire and onboard high-value New-to-Bank (NTB) customers. Build and deepen CASA relationships through effective customer engagement. Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking and financial solutions. Drive sales across CASA, Assets, TPP, FD, TD, and other banking products. Identify cross-sell and relationship-deepening opportunities through customer profiling. Handle walk-in customers and support branch services including Account Opening, FD, Lockers, Forex, etc. Promote activation and usage of digital banking channels. Generate customer referrals through existing relationships and internal databases. Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and customer records. Support branch operations, audits, and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements. Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in Branch Banking / Personal Banking / Relationship Management Strong experience in CASA and branch banking products IRDA Certification Mandatory NISM Certification Mandatory Knowledge of Assets, TPP, FD/TD, and other banking products Strong customer relationship, sales, and business development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving business goals Interested suitable candidates can share their updated CV to jayabanyantalenthr@gmail.com .
