Front-End Technical Specialist Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Location: Noida(India) (Hybrid) Experience: 8+ Years Practice: Digital Experience / Composable DXP Role Overview We are seeking a Front-End Technical Specialist to lead and scale our DXP front-end engineering practice. This role combines deep technical expertise, architecture ownership, and team leadership to deliver high-performance, scalable, and composable digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with strong experience in modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js), headless CMS ecosystems, and AI-assisted development practices. Key Responsibilities Define and own front-end architecture across DXP implementations Design scalable, modular, composable architectures using headless CMS platforms Establish best practices for SSR / SSG / ISR (Next.js), API-first and BFF patterns Lead front-end hosting and deployment decisions (Vercel, AWS, etc.) Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing front-end engineering team Define coding standards, reusable components, and design systems Drive accessibility (WCAG), performance, and quality governance Hands-on development using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks Leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development Lead client-facing discussions, architecture workshops, and solutioning Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and front-end practice growth Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in front-end engineering Proven experience as a Front-End Architect or Technical Lead Deep expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript Experience with headless CMS / DXP platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely, etc.) Strong knowledge of API-first and composable architectures Experience designing enterprise-scale front-end systems Strong understanding of performance optimization and accessibility (WCAG) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with micro-frontends architecture GraphQL and edge delivery platforms experience Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Vercel) Design systems and enterprise UI frameworks Integration experience with CRM, ERP, and backend systems Knowledge of DXP ecosystems and personalization frameworks Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience Ability to translate technical concepts into business value Leadership mindset with focus on mentorship and team growth What Success Looks Like Established scalable front-end architecture framework Improved development velocity using AI-assisted workflows Built a strong front-end engineering team Delivered high-performance digital experiences Acted as trusted advisor to clients on front-end strategy .
