Role Description The Salesforce QA Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading quality assurance activities across Salesforce implementations and enhancements. This role oversees test planning, test case design, and execution for Salesforce features, integrations, and releases, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. The Salesforce QA Manager will coordinate QA resources, define and improve testing processes, and collaborate closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify defects and drive resolutions. Daily responsibilities include managing regression and user acceptance testing, maintaining test documentation, monitoring quality metrics, and ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards. The role also involves mentoring QA team members, contributing to release management, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities to improve system reliability and user experience. Qualifications 12+ years experience in QA and Test Management roles10+ years experience with Saleforce Experience leading QA teams, including test planning, resource coordination, and mentoring, ideally within Salesforce environments.Strong Salesforce-focused testing skills, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across Sales, Service, and related clouds.Proficiency with QA tools and practices, such as test case management systems, defect tracking tools, and automation frameworks relevant to Salesforce.Solid understanding of software development and release management processes, including Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into testable scenarios.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote setting.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a distributed team environment.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related) and prior experience in a Salesforce QA or QA Manager role are highly beneficial. .
