Job Title: Quality Engineer Incoming & Final QC Location: Faridabad Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years Industry: Electronics / Instrumentation / Manufacturing Department: Quality Control Key Responsibilities: 1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Inspectincoming materials, electronic parts, and components based on standard quality parameters Verify supplier test reports, datasheets, and compliance certificates Maintain incoming inspection records and report deviations to the purchase and supplier quality teams 2. Final Quality Control (FQC) : Perform final inspection of assembled machines before dispatch. Ensure all parameters meet design and quality standards Conduct product functionality and performance checks as per pre-dispatch checklist 3. Electronic & Instrumentation Focus Check PID Controller , sensors, load cells, and display units for proper functionality Use basic testing tools like multimeters, Test lamp series Work with Vendor devlopment /service teams for defect analysis and resolution. 4. Electrical Knowledge Inspect wiring, circuits, and power supplies for adherence to safety and schematic diagram Ensure electrical components are installed and tested as per checklist. 5.Documentation & Reporting Prepare inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and CAPA (Corrective Actions) Update checklists, QC records, and quality documentation Support audits and maintain traceability of inspection records. 6.Collaboration & Support: Coordinate with production and service departments for timely quality feedback. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated issues. Provide on-floor guidance to junior inspectors. .
