Job Title: ERP Software Implementer / Functional Consultant Company: ERP Product Company Locations: Lucknow | Bengaluru | Chennai | Bhubaneswar About the Role We are looking for experienced and motivated ERP Functional Consultants with strong process understanding in Materials Management / Supply Chain and Accounts / Taxation . The ideal candidate will have prior hands -on experience implementing and supporting ERP solutions and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical capabilities. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Understand client business processes and map them to the ERP system. - Conduct GAP analysis , documentation, and propose feasible solutions. - Implement and support ERP modules across multiple departments. - Configure client data as per business requirements. - Facilitate functional testing , data migration , and master data validation . - Provide Go -Live and Post -Go -Live support. - Deliver end -user and key -user training sessions. - Perform case log studies and identify improvement opportunities. - Plan and manage reporting and consolidation for group companies. - Adjust business processes where necessary to align with ERP best practices. - Collaborate with technical consultants, implementation teams, and client core teams. - Maintain professional communication and presentation during client interactions. - Travel onsite for training, implementation, and support when required. Desired Candidate Profile - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce or equivalent. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation and support experience. - Must have successfully implemented at least 2 ERP systems . - Strong understanding of functional processes and business workflows . - Proficient in Finance , Materials Management , and Statutory Compliance . - Excellent communication , analytical , and client -handling skills. - Willingness to travel onsite as per project needs. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in ERP implementation or consulting within the Real Estate or Infrastructure domain. - Exposure to ERP sales or pre -implementation consulting will be an added advantage. Desired Competencies - Solid domain knowledge and functional expertise in end -to -end processes. - Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations. - Customer -oriented approach with effective problem -solving skills. - Well -groomed and professional in client -facing situations. .
