Company: STP Investment Services Experience: 35 Years Industry: Investment Banking / Financial Services Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Flexible to work in shifts Location: India About the Role STP Investment Services is looking for a Senior Associate Private Wealth to join its investment operations team. The role will focus on cash and position reconciliation, break resolution, corporate actions, transaction processing, and SQL-based data validation/reconciliation across multiple asset classes. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end daily cash and position reconciliation across derivatives, equities, fixed income, corporate actions and trades. Reconcile custodian records with accounting records. Investigate and resolve aged/unreconciled breaks and identify valid breaks. Process corporate actions and set up securities in the application. Monitor feed-loading status from custodians and investment managers. Work with clients, custodians and internal teams to resolve complex transaction breaks. Prepare posting entries for daily expenses, income and trade adjustments. Handle client queries and ensure SLA and accuracy requirements are met. Drive customer satisfaction and Client Delight. Required Skills 35 years of experience in Investment Banking or Financial Markets. Strong understanding of reconciliation and discrepancy resolution. Knowledge of middle/back-office operations within asset management. Understanding of Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds and SMA, including portfolio management and accounting. Knowledge of Corporate Actions, Fixed Income and different asset classes. Experience with transaction postings such as Paydown, Coupon, Contribution/Withdrawal, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Hands-on SQL experience is mandatory, including: Writing, executing and modifying SQL queries Data extraction from large databases Data validation and reconciliation using SQL Preferred Skills Experience with portfolio accounting/investment performance platforms such as Advent Axys, APX, Envestnet/Tamarac Portfolio Center, Orion, Addepar or Black Diamond will be an advantage. Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred.
