Senior Manager - MFD & Partner Acquisition (Shimla)

Job Description Role Overview n We are looking for an experienced professional to drive the acquisition, onboarding, activation, and growth of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Wealth Partners across assigned geographies. n Key Responsibilities n Acquire and onboard MFDs, IFAs, and Wealth Partners. n Build partner pipelines through referrals, AMC relationships, industry networks, events, and digital outreach. n Present the platform's value proposition, including technology, payouts, research, training, and servicing support. n Manage partner onboarding, ARN/EUIN verification, documentation, and activation. n Drive partner engagement through first SIP, client onboarding, and regular platform usage. n Track acquisition and activation metrics to improve partner productivity. n Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Training teams to enhance partner experience. n Requirements n 58 years of experience in Partner Acquisition, Channel Sales, Wealth Management,Mutual Funds, or Financial Services. n Strong network within the MFD, IFA, Wealth Management, or AMC ecosystem. n Positive understanding of mutual fund distribution, ARN/EUIN processes, and partner management. n Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills n About Kissht n Kissht is one of India's leading listed fintech companies, making financial services simple, accessible, and technology-driven.
