AI & Automation Specialist

Job Description We are looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to help integrate AI, automation and digital tools into our day-to-day construction business operations. The candidate will work closely with HR, Accounts, Admin, Procurement, Project/Site Teams and Management to identify manual and repetitive processes and develop practical AI-based and automated solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to understand real business requirements and build or implement working solutions, rather than only having theoretical knowledge of AI. Key Responsibilities Identify repetitive and time-consuming processes across construction projects and office operations and automate them.Implement AI solutions for project management, documentation, reporting and administrative work.Automate preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPR), MIS reports, project summaries and management reports.Develop AI-assisted systems for tender documents, BOQs, specifications, DNITs, contracts and project documentation.Automate HR and labour attendance management, employee records and payroll-related reports.Develop automated workflows for Purchase Orders, Work Orders, vendor management and material tracking.Use AI to analyze Excel data, project costs, quantities, productivity and other business information.Automate routine letters, emails, reports and documentation used in construction projects.Create dashboards for management to monitor projects, manpower, materials, costs, billing and progress.Integrate different software, spreadsheets, portals and databases to reduce duplicate data entry.Introduce AI tools that can help engineers, project managers, HR, accounts and administrative staff work more efficiently.Train employees on practical use of AI tools and automation systems.Continuously identify new AI technologies and automation opportunities relevant to the construction industry.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
