Product Lead, Payroll

About the role The product team owns Ripplings product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows them to succeed. We do this by intimately understanding the market, our customers, and the perspectives of our key stakeholders and synthesizing that into a product that is effective, efficient, and easy to use. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the success of the Rippling product in India. You will build deep market knowledge and understanding of customer needs, and work closely with design, engineering, legal and compliance to build and with sales, implementation and support to launch and continuously improve the product. What you will do Own the product vision, roadmap and execution for Rippling in India.Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements for payroll, HR, and adjacent products in the marketDeeply understand the legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational payroll flows in each jurisdiction of that countryCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance, to drive execution and ensure youre shipping successful product with velocityStay close to the data build a deep understanding of whats required to hit our ambitious goals What you will need 6+ years of Product Management experienceSelf-starter with a bias towards actionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentOwned a successful product from inception to launchRelentlessly focused on customers needsPossess a deep sense of ownership and responsibility and understand that the buck stops with you Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skillsStrong critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsStrong alignment with our core values: We Run Hard, We Push the Limits of Possible, and Never Not My Problem .
