Service Now ATF expert Key Responsibilities : - Designing and implementing automation frameworks and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. - Architect and execute comprehensive automated test frameworks using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to validate complex ITSM and ITOM workflows. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless deployments and high code quality. - Analyze existing manual testing processes and transition them into automated scripts to improve testing coverage and reduce regression cycles. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that automated tests accurately reflect business requirements and system performance. Technical Skills : - Expert in ServiceNow ITSM, Service Requests and Basic understanding of ITOM and AI tools. - Intermediate for Adoption to AI tools. Experience and Requirements : - Must have worked in a scrum team and can work within a group of developers. - Must have tested applications for a large customer base (our tool will be used by 300,000 users). - Must have 5+ years of testing experience in total. - Must be a team player; this project needs strong collaboration skills team members do not code in isolation. - Worked within IT or preferably Service management. - BE/B Tech degree or equivalent experience. - Strong interpersonal skills ability to influence, lead and drive teams to deliver, valuable judgement, assertiveness, high level of communication skills to achieve effective stakeholder management, build consultative relationships, and ability to collaborate directly with a variety of clients. .
