Company Name : Willware Technologies Location : Pune | Chennai | Noida | Bangalore Experience : 3+ Years Role : Workday Configuration Analyst JD Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on Workday functional configuration and administration based on business requirements. Configure and maintain Business Processes, Condition Rules, Calculated Fields, Security, Roles, and Business Process Policies. Partner with HR and business stakeholders as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) to understand requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday functional solutions. Participate in configuration design and development, including: Data Structure Security Business Processes Roles and Responsibilities Manage and execute Workday system changes, enhancements, releases, projects, and new configurations. Support Workday production issues, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate solutions. Perform functional analysis, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and functional documentation. Support business users during UAT and testing cycles. Coordinate with HR, technology, and other stakeholders for issue resolution and solution delivery. Perform EIB-based data loads and configuration activities using multiple EIB templates/types. Ensure Workday solutions comply with applicable security, data management, retention, GDPR, and corporate technology policies. Support Workday releases and assess the impact of new Workday features and updates. Maintain accurate documentation for business requirements, configurations, test results, and system changes. Participate in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies as required. Manage change and testing activities using tools such as Jira and/or ServiceNow. Handle non-routine Workday queries and resolve issues using functional expertise and prior experience. Mandatory Skills 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday Configuration experience Strong experience in Workday Business Process Configuration Hands-on experience with Condition Rules Hands-on experience with Calculated Fields Strong Workday Security Configuration experience Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs across multiple template/types Strong functional knowledge of at least one or more Workday modules, such as: Workday HCM / Core HCM Compensation Recruiting Absence Talent & Performance Foundation & Infrastructure Security Good understanding of the Workday Employee Lifecycle .
