Job Description You'll manage Deftsoft's and in house social media channels end to end Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. This isn't a scheduling job. You'll be writing the scripts, appearing in the reels, and figuring out what actually makes people stop scrolling. If you enjoy being on camera and you have ideas you're itching to test, this role gives you the channels to test them on. What you'll do Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTubeWrite scripts for promotional, educational and meme-format contentFeature on camera in reels and short-form videosBuild and maintain a monthly content calendarCome up with ideas to grow engagement, followers and inbound leadsTrack performance and adjust based on what's workingStay on top of trends, audio, formats and platform changesWork with our design and marketing teams on campaignsWhat we're looking for 0 - 6 month of hands-on social media experience (agency or in-house)Comfortable and confident on camera this is a core part of the roleStrong communication skills in English and HindiAbility to write in Hinglish for a Gen Z audienceSolid grasp of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts what performs and whyWorking knowledge of basic editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar)Understanding of platform analytics and insightsSomeone who brings ideas rather than waiting for a briefPay: Up to 15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
