Export Logistic officer (Supply chain)

Assist in processing and managing customer orders, including order entry, verification, and tracking.Inventory Management: Help in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent stockouts.Shipment Coordination: Coordinate the shipment of goods, including preparing shipping documents, arranging transportation, and tracking shipments.Warehouse Organization: Assist in organizing and managing warehouse activities, such as receiving, packing, and shipping goods. Handling documentation work through emails and phone calls.Communicating with customers and vendors via email and telephone professionallyCoordinate and manage all aspects of export logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and customs compliance.Prepare shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, and certificates of origin ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate preparation of export orders, including picking, packing, and labelling of goods.Submitting data on vendor portals of shipping lines (e.g., Booking submissions, VGM, DGD and HAZ Approval, Pre Alert and Form 13, BL / Shipping Instructions).Coordinating with Transporters and CFS / ICD and Port Team.Coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations and timely updates on ERP System.Maintaining accurate records of communication and documentation. Resolve any shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, by coordinating with relevant parties and implementing corrective actions.Knowledge in handling different types Inco terms and taxation systemAssisting with daily freight forwarding and shipping activities.Custom Documentation Export ShipmentsCoordination with Cha & Kmpl Team on day to day basis for Export ClearanceEway Bill PreparationRfid UpdateEgm TrackingJob Type: Full-time Compensation: 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
