Role Description The Indian Business Developer Specialist in Live Streaming is a full-time remote role focused on growing MICO WORLDs live streaming business in the Indian market. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new streamers and partners, managing relationships with existing content creators, and supporting them to improve engagement and retention. The specialist will conduct market and competitor research, develop and execute strategies to increase user acquisition and revenue, and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Daily tasks also involve collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and product, providing feedback on local trends, and delivering high-quality customer service to creators and partners. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to inform business decisions and optimize growth strategies. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for negotiating, presenting, and maintaining professional relationships with streamers, partners, and internal teams. Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including identifying prospects, building pipelines, and converting opportunities within the Indian live streaming ecosystem. Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and user behavior in the Indian social entertainment and live streaming space. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on supporting streamers and partners, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering long-term collaboration. Solid understanding of live streaming platforms, creator economies, and social media trends in India. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet business targets. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in business development, influencer management, or digital entertainment is highly beneficial. .
