Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Draft legal documents. Assist in drafting minutes of meetings, board resolutions, and other legal documents as required by the company. Ensure the accuracy and legal soundness of drafted materials. Secretarial Compliance & ROC Filings Help ensure the client Company complies with the annual secretarial requirements outlined under the Companies Act, 2013. Prepare and file necessary documents and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), ensuring compliance with relevant deadlines. Support in NCLT & Corporate Law Matters Assist in research and documentation related to matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Company Courts. Provide support to Senior Legal staff in handling other corporate law issues, including but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Legal Research & Analysis Conduct legal research on various corporate law and secretarial compliance matters to assist the legal team in formulating strategies and recommendations. Other Administrative and Legal Tasks Provide administrative support in managing legal documents and case files. Assist with other routine tasks and projects as required by the Team.
