Project Role: Consultant Experience: 4-9 years Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon Skills: Secondary Market Research, Pharma, Market Assessment/Patient Journey/Epidemiology About this role Consultant will be responsible for making objective customer-focused and data-driven decisions by providing analytical insight, actionable data, and recommendations. You would also be responsible for projects, providing analytics support, and serving in a consultative capacity to deliver value-added descriptive analytics solutions for large scale pharma projects. The role may involve hands on involvement with subject matter from start to finish of crucial client projects. Principal responsibilities The principal responsibilities are categorized under 4 KRAs as below: Accountability - Takes lead in single, large and complex projects - Manages workflows for various projects - Contributes to solution design development - Improvises on deliverables by Associate consultants - Clearly understands project's strategic goal and develops execution path. - Execute business research projects in the area of strategy, procurement and/or marketing for various clients - Deliver high-quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision - Identify risks/issues and escalate those to project leads in a timely manner Knowledge - Possesses comprehensive knowledge of an industry or technical specialty - Ensures all projects are delivered upholding best-practice standards utilizing advanced analytics and consulting skills. - Contributes towards research papers/white papers by conducting exhaustive secondary research on a variety of topics across sources such as company websites, industry reports, market studies, general news articles as well as databases, and other relevant sources IQVIA specific Expertise - Has in-depth understanding of selected IQVIAs offerings: data sourcing, statistical transformation methodologies & statistical/DS modules. Client /Communication/Financial - Liaises frequently with senior and junior level managers, and professionals across the internal teams. - Responsible for methodology development for complex proposals - Significantly contributes to stakeholder relationship management and maintains solid relationships with professionals across the internal teams - Leads methodology discussions with potential or existing stakeholders - Responsible for billable utilization targets. Education, Skills, and Specialized Knowledge Required - Experience: 4-7 years in relevant industry domain - Skills: Data Analyst, Research, Secondary Research, forecasting, Pharma, Life sciences - Proven analytical and conceptual skills that have enabled the candidate to excel in academics and prior work position - Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Proficient in Advanced Excel including knowledge of VBA, flat file conversion - Microsoft Access and SQL will be an added advantage. - Should possess working knowledge of healthcare industry - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
