Senior Accounting Manager-US

Your job duties will include: Core Accounting FunctionsManage and oversee: Accounts Payable and Vendor ManagementCustomer Billing and Accounts ReceivableRevenue Recognition and Project AccountingBank and Credit Card ReconciliationsGeneral Ledger MaintenanceFixed Assets AccountingFinancial Reporting and ConsolidationTax & ComplianceEnsure compliance with US federal, state, and local tax requirementsCoordinate preparation with external tax preparer and review of corporate tax filings including 1120, supporting schedules and state tax returns.Prepare 1099s and 1042 as needed with our inhouse tax accountantReview other statutory filings, tax returns, and corporate records related to the US entity including the Philippines VAT filingsAudit ManagementServe as the primary liaison for external auditors.Coordinate annual financial statement audits and other compliance reviews.Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.Strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial reporting risks.Leadership & Strategic FinanceLead, mentor, and develop accounting team members.Establish performance expectations and drive accountability within the team.Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business decision-making.Partner with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and financial performance. .
