About the roleMilacron is looking for an experienced Warehouse Officer to lead daily warehouse activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role combines handson supervision with process optimisation across receiving, storage, and shipping functions.Key responsibilitiesOversee receiving, storing, counting, physical checks and shipping of products.Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance evaluation.Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.Implement and enforce safety and security procedures.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.Handle administrative tasks such as reporting and documentation.Required profileMinimum 23 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field preferred.Strong organisational, problemsolving and communication abilities.Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.Required skillsFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.Inventory control expertise.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.Forklift operation certification (preferred). .
