Location: Bhubaneswar Experience Required: 46 Years Role Purpose To drive advertising revenue across Television and Digital platforms through direct client servicing, agency coordination, and customized brand solution integrations. The role involves identifying new revenue opportunities, managing key relationships, and delivering strategic media solutions aligned with client objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Generation (TV & Digital) Achieve assigned advertising revenue targets across TV and digital inventory. Develop and manage relationships with media agencies, corporate clients, and local advertisers. Identify and convert new business opportunities across sectors. Maximize yield through bundled TV + Digital offerings. 2. New Client Acquisition Develop a structured pipeline of prospective advertisers and agencies. Generate leads through market mapping, networking, and category tracking. Convert prospects into long-term advertising partners. 3. Brand Solutions & Integrated Sales Conceptualize and pitch innovative brand integration opportunities across shows, properties, events, and digital formats. Collaborate with internal teams (Programming, Marketing, Digital, Creative) to create 4. customized advertiser solutions. Execute sponsorship-led campaigns, branded content, and impact properties. Drive monetization through special programming integrations and thematic campaigns. 5. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers and agencies. Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and solution-driven servicing. Provide post-campaign performance insights where applicable. 6. Market Intelligence Track competitor activity and pricing benchmarks. Identify emerging advertising categories and sectors. Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategy. 7. Internal Coordination Work closely with Traffic, Programming, Marketing, Digital, and Finance teams for seamless campaign execution. Ensure timely release orders (ROs), documentation, and billing coordination. Requirements Desired Candidate Profile 46 years of experience in Media Sales (TV / Digital / Integrated Advertising Sales) Strong exposure to agency network and regional advertiser ecosystem Experience in concept selling and brand integrations Understanding of digital advertising formats (display, video, social, branded content) Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously .
