Key Responsibilities 1. Generate business for: - Loan Against Property (LAP) - Secured Loans - Micro Loans - Other retail and business loan products offered by the company - Build and maintain relationships with: - Small business owners and entrepreneurs - Traders and shopkeepers - Property owners seeking secured finance - Local influencers and referral partners - DSAs, and channel partners - Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers. - Source quality loan applications and ensure completion of required documentation. - Perform preliminary customer assessment and coordinate for field investigations and verifications. - Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. - Participate in local marketing activities, customer awareness programs, and business development initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements. - Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and portfolio targets. Preferred Candidate Profile - Resident of the local area or nearby locations. - Experience in Micro Finance, LAP, Secured Lending, Banking, or NBFC sector. - Good understanding of local markets, villages, business establishments, and customer segments. - Strong customer sourcing and relationship-building capabilities. - Familiarity with field investigations, customer assessments, and loan documentation. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to ethical lending practices. - Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for field roles. .
